  1. Infants30 minute lesson Ages 6mths - 2yrs - To discover the water, develop water confidence, teach to kick and paddle independently.Target age 6 months to 1 year
  2. Penguin30 minute lesson Ages 3+ - To discover the water and teach children to swim independently 5m on their front and on their back.Target age 3 years or older
  3. Seal30 minute lesson - To develop water awareness, teach and encourage children to swim correct Freestyle and Backstroke for 10m.
  4. Frog40 minute lesson - To achieve water sense and development both the skill and stamina to swim 20m Freestyle, Backstroke and Breaststroke kick.
  5. Dolphin40 minute lesson - To become waterwise and develop the skill and stamina to swim 50m freestyle, Backstroke, 25m Breastroke & Butterfly kick.
  6. Stroke45 minute lesson - To learn swim & survive techniques and provide a transition to squad level, swimming 100m Freestyle, Backstroke, Breastroke and 50m Butterfly.
  7. Adult30 minute lesson for14yrs & over. Whether you are a beginner or looking for stroke correction this course covers all stroke development.
  8. Private30 minute lesson - Private lessons offer a one on one environment with the teacher to work on all areas that a student may need help with if group lessons are not working for them.
